Easy Install. Works great.

i have a number of these stainless paddles, and the jack is a weak point... it is good to have this part on hand for a replacementbtw, replace the locking nut and screw contacts with a 10mm M3 screw and cut spring from a ballpoint pen to make your paddle easily adjustable
